These Terms of Sale apply to orders, reservations, preorders, and purchases made through the Value Adders AI Glasses Shopify store.

Product availability

Products may be available as:

Reservation
Preorder
Available stock
Limited launch batch
Bundle
B2B/team pack

Availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed and accepted.

Reservations

A reservation gives customers priority access to the launch and product updates. Unless clearly stated, a reservation is not the same as full payment for the final physical product.

Reservation terms will be shown on the product page before checkout.

Preorders

Preorders allow customers to purchase or reserve products before immediate delivery. Estimated delivery dates may change due to production, shipping, customs, inspection, compliance review, or supplier timelines.

If major changes occur, customers will receive updates.

Payment

Payment is collected through Shopify checkout and connected payment providers. Orders are subject to payment approval, fraud checks, and fulfillment availability.

Pricing and taxes

Prices may include VAT or taxes depending on region and Shopify checkout settings. Additional import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply depending on destination.

Order cancellation

We may cancel orders if:

Payment fails
Product is unavailable
Fraud is suspected
Delivery is not possible
Compliance or supplier issues prevent fulfillment
Customer information is incomplete or inaccurate

Customer responsibilities

Customers must use the product responsibly and lawfully. Customers are responsible for understanding recording laws and consent requirements in their country, workplace, school, event, or travel environment.

Product limitations

AI, translation, memory, app, and connected features may depend on software, region, language, internet access, third-party services, and final supplier configuration. We do not guarantee that every feature will work in every country, language, network condition, or use case.
