Refund policy

We offer a 30-day voluntary return period after delivery for unused products in their original condition and packaging. This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

To request a return, email support@addvalue.ai with your order number before sending the product. Approved returns should be sent to: Value Adders World, Zuidplein, H-Toren 36, 1077 XX Amsterdam, Netherlands. Items sent without a return request may be delayed or refused.

European Union right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

After notifying us of withdrawal, return the goods within 14 days. We will refund the product price and the cost of standard outbound delivery within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they were returned. Any additional cost for express delivery is not refundable.

Return shipping

You are responsible for direct return-shipping costs for a change-of-mind return. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us before returning it; we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.

Pre-orders

You can request cancellation of a pre-order before dispatch by emailing support@addvalue.ai. If it has already shipped, the normal return and withdrawal rules apply.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may require additional processing time. Contact support@addvalue.ai if an approved refund has not appeared after 15 business days.
