Value Adders AI Glasses Return and Refund Policy

Value Adders AI Glasses is a premium wearable AI brand offering smart glasses for hands-free capture, voice notes, translation support, daily rituals, and life documentation. Because this is a technology product, return and refund eligibility depends on product stage, product condition, preorder status, and local consumer protection requirements.

Reservations and preorders

Some products may be sold as reservations or preorders before the full commercial batch is ready. A reservation secures priority access, launch communication, and early purchase opportunity. It is not the same as immediate product delivery unless clearly stated on the product page.

Preorder timelines, expected delivery windows, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility will be displayed before checkout where applicable.

Return window

For delivered physical products, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, unless a longer period is required by applicable local law.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

In original packaging

Non-returnable items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with:

Clear photos or videos of the issue
A short explanation of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer repair, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, and Shopify checkout system.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.

Responsible product claims
