Products and orders

Product descriptions, availability, prices, taxes, shipping charges, and the final order total are shown before payment. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order where information is incorrect, payment is not authorized, stock is unavailable, or fraud is suspected; any captured amount will be refunded.

Pre-orders

Pre-order delivery dates are estimates. The expected dispatch window is shown on the product page or in order communications. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. If the dispatch window materially changes, we will notify you and provide any cancellation or refund rights required by law.

Payment

Payments are processed through the methods displayed at Shopify checkout. You confirm that the payment and billing information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected method.

Shipping, cancellation, and returns

Shipping destinations, charges, and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation, withdrawal, return, and refund terms are described in our Return and Refund Policy. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including applicable European Union withdrawal and conformity rights.

Responsible use

You are responsible for using the products lawfully and respecting privacy, recording, safety, and intellectual-property rules in the place where you use them. Do not use the products to deceive, harass, surveil, or record people unlawfully.

Intellectual property

Store content, branding, software, and product materials are owned by or licensed to Value Adders World. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission, except where law allows.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law and contact
