• Standard: EUR 7.99, estimated 3-5 business days after dispatch.
• Express: EUR 10.99, estimated 1-2 business days after dispatch.
• Standard shipping is free for orders of EUR 65 or more.

European Union

EUR 22, estimated 4-8 business days after dispatch.

United States and other supported countries

EUR 29, estimated 7-14 business days after dispatch.

Pre-orders

Delivery estimates begin when the order is dispatched, not when the pre-order is placed. The expected dispatch window is shown on the product page and in order communications. We will email you if that window changes.

Tracking and delays

Tracking is provided when supported by the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Contact support@addvalue.ai with your order number if a shipment is materially delayed.

Final shipping availability, charges, and applicable taxes are confirmed at checkout for the delivery address.
