Value Adders AI Glasses are intended to ship with a clear customer warranty after final supplier terms, batch testing, and certification review are complete.
Warranty coverage
The warranty is expected to cover manufacturing defects in normal use, including eligible hardware faults confirmed through customer support review.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, water damage beyond verified product resistance limits, cosmetic wear, loss, theft, or use that violates product instructions or local law.
Defective units
If a product arrives defective or develops a covered issue during the warranty period, customers should contact support with order details, photos or videos of the issue, and a clear explanation of the problem.
