Value Adders AI Glasses is preparing a premium launch experience for wearable AI glasses. Refund and return terms may differ between reservation products, preorder products, and shipped physical products.
Reservations
Reservation payments are designed to secure early access and launch communication. Reservation refund terms will be clearly confirmed before public launch and before activating checkout for live sales.
Preorders
Preorder timelines, cancellation rules, and refund windows will be stated clearly on the product page before customers complete checkout.
Physical product returns
For shipped products, return eligibility will depend on final market, local consumer-law requirements, product condition, hygiene/safety rules, and whether the item is unused, complete, and returned with original packaging and accessories.
Damaged or defective items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact support@addvalue.ai with order details, photos or video, and a clear explanation of the issue.
Non-returnable situations
Returns may not be accepted for products damaged by misuse, unauthorized repair, missing accessories, accidental damage, water damage beyond verified product limits, or use that violates product instructions or local law.
